Camp Ke-Mon-Oya exists to provide an opportunity for young people to learn in the outdoors. Genesis 1:1 says that "In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth," and Psalm 19:1 states, "The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge." On the beautiful Lake Chandos in the Kawartha region, Camp Ke-Mon-Oya offers a variety of unique environments from which to study God's creation. This 260 acre property is located just two hours from Toronto, outside Apsley, Ontario. The lakefront site is a mixture of northern hardwood forests, Boreal bog and open meadows, and is scattered with trails and many interesting areas for nature studies.
